WARRANTY:

All items sold by garagedoorstuff.com are new and come with the full manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted in the item description. The product warranty may vary depending on the manufacturer, but are typically one-year from date of purchase.

We will repair or replace any product sold by garagedoorstuff.com, which proves to be defective according to the manufacturer’s warranty within 30-days upon your receipt of the item. After the 30-day period you will need to return the item to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

The consumer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product for repair or replacement. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any product or part, which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product, which is used for any purposes other than for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer’s product information literature.

garagedoorstuff.com will guarantee that you are fully satisfied with your purchase within 7-days of receipt.

If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply e mail us. If you would like to return an item for a refund,  return the merchandise to us together with a copy of your invoice. Returns must be posted within the 7-day period and must be in original condition, in original packaging with all accessories and instructions included. Refunds of the purchase price (minus a 20% restocking fee and/or shipping costs) will be made within 7-days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.
